This Ironing Board Cover Laced - 19-20in W in Silver Metallic w/ 3mm Pad will finally end your search for a quality, replacement cover that fits your odd-sized or older board that needs special fastening to keep the cover on your board. Normally used for a drop-down board that the cover cannot be tucked under the back and so it is laced underneath. However, other special fastening methods may also be used. After you supply us with a tracing of your board, this superior cover is custom sewn to fit your exact ironing board. Proudly made in the USA (Berks County PA), it is expertly crafted from either metalized cotton with a heat reflective surface that speeds up your ironing; premium 7oz brushed, cotton twill (a favorite among quilters); or fun, designer prints. A nylon cord drawstring, fitted with a cord stop, ensures a taut fit. Sewn to fit your exact board, for any ironing board from a small sleeve board upto a board that is 20 inches wide. This replacement cover can be used alone, with your existing padding, or you can purchase an OPTIONAL super dense, needle-punched, polyester felt pad. The 3mm pad is good for smaller boards, especially if the board is a solid surface. The 6mm pad works well with the larger boards and those boards that have a mesh surface.
